Class Sessions
At locations throughout Kent such as village halls and retirement centres, we set up a complete training network of computers with a large screen making it easy for learners to follow the trainer. Members can attend ANY venue and choose the courses or sessions that suit them.

Beginners’ and Novices’ Courses
We have ten years of experience in helping people take their first steps with computers and the Internet. We also have courses for novices and people who feel they’d like to ‘start again’ to get to grips with the basics.

Support Groups
At Support Group sessions, our volunteer mentors assist small groups of learners to help cement their knowledge and understanding. The Support Groups often take place in the homes of members.

Screen Classes
These are video tutorials and are a great way of learning. In the privacy of your own home, at your own pace, you can watch and listen to various subjects backed up by comprehensive notes.

Learning and Reference Materials
Members have access to a huge range of top-quality training materials using Training Highway's Document Library. This contains many different topics such as e-mailing, web surfing, digital photography, word processing, configuring and troubleshooting.

Computer Clinics
The Open Forum and Computer Clinic is where members receive one-to-one help with their own computer and obtain excellent FREE advice on problems and solutions. These take place at various locations – see the online Calendar accessible from our website.

Remote Support
With your permission, we can remotely access your computer to help; this is an extremely efficient and effective way of assisting people, especially those who cannot travel.

Home Visits
Where Remote Support can’t handle an issue, our experienced staff can visit you in your own home to configure and troubleshoot or simply give you one to one assistance on a whole range of subjects.

Getting set up at home
Training Highway can help you to get up and running at home by providing computer equipment, broadband set up and one-to-one training – all inclusive in a single fixed price package. We have helped many who have felt confused by sales people in computer megastores. We will always provide you with sound advice about upgrading or renewing older equipment and what is best for YOU
